Day 1: Arrive at Kathmandu airport and transfer to hotel

You will be met by our airport representative at Kathmandu airport on your arrival and transferred to hotel.

Your evening is relevantly free and after you have refreshed, you can get familiar with the area by going for a stroll down the street.

After having breakfast at hotel, we start our tour and the tour begins in by visit Swayambunath (Monkey temple) & Patan Durbar square in the afternoon.

The Kathmandu is a wonderful mix of the ancient & the new & this includes western influences that sometimes makes visiting the capital an interesting place to spend time in as the old stubbornly jostles for its place with rising attractions from Europe & the west and after the tour , the evening is free.

Option: If you are interested to See Everest & Himalayas, we have 1 hour scenic Everest Mountain Flight tour early in the morning about 6-7 am before the tour starts for today. So, let us know if you want to book this tour.

After having breakfast at hotel, We drive along the scenic Trisuli and Marsyangdi River to reach Pokhara, it’s a pretty good drive as we go by the beautiful river.

We view Ganesh Himal and the Manaslu peak as well during the Driving. Pokhara is a tourist's paradise full of natural as well as cultural heritage sites such as lakes, caves, & temples of Buddhist and Hindus along with her lovely mountains; after 6 hours of driving, we will arrive in Pokhara, the city of lakes, welcome to this beautiful town of serene lakes that gives so much meaning to your holidays.

Option: If you are interested for rafting then you have options to take 3 hour rafting in Trisuli river on the way to Pokhara – you do not need extra day to do this Raft as we can stop and do the Raring and continue on our journey.

We will enjoy an early start this morning and drive to Sarangkot, a beautiful hill famous for its sunrise over the Himalaya, Enjoy a close-up look of the Annapurna, Fishtail and many others.

We visit Bindhyabasini Temple on the way back to hotel and have breakfast at hotel then go for Boating at Phewa lake & visit Barahi temple and visit Devi’s Falls, Cave and peace stupa.

After an early morning breakfast, We drive to Chitwan  that takes about 5-6 hours & check into our jungle lodge.

We then have lunch and refreshment and embark on a wildlife Tharu village tour.

After b/fast amidst the sweet chirping of birds, we set out for a Full day of jungle activities that include Jungle Walking, Elephant Back Riding Safari across streams & into the jungles; we also enjoy watching the Elephants bathing and visit the elephant Breeding center, at eventide, while having supper, we enjoy a scintillating Tharu cultural stick dance that’s real exciting to watch in the evening.

After b/fast, we will take you for an interesting Bird watching tour in the morning. We then have breakfast and drive to Kathmandu.

After having breakfast at hotel, we will transfer you to the Kathmandu airport and upon arrival in Paro, clear customs and immigration. Keep your copy of the visa clearance letter handy and your visa has been paid.

Meet your guide and driver outside the terminal building and transfer to Thimphu and Sightseeing around the city in the evening.

Nepal Bhutan Tour -Highly Recommended

We booked a 12 Days Magic of Nepal and Bhutan and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Both our guides in Kathmandu and Bhutan were professional and knowledgeable in every way. The drivers were experienced and helpful.

The accommodation in Nepal was adequate but we could upgrade to 4-star for a bit more luxury! A 3-star hotel in Bhutan, well, was very comfortable. Overall, these hotel services were excellent, the staffs were very warm and welcoming and were always happy to please the guests.

Outfitter Nepal is highly recommended. They responded quickly to our requests and were very flexible to our needs.

They prepared to chang the tour itinerary to meet our preferences. The company director, Raj, was charismatic and friendly and it was a delightful surprise when he invited us for a farewell dinner at the completion of the tour.

Best Nepal and Bhutan Tour

The touring part of our holiday finished last Friday, and I wish to thank you and all at Outfitter Nepal for a wonderful holiday in Nepal and Bhutan.
All of our accommodation and meals have been excellent.

A special thank you to our guides and drivers also. Both Jigme in Bhutan and Birodh in Nepal have given us a real insight into each culture and the very interesting history of each country.

Nepal Bhutan Tour

Outfitter Nepal provided great guided tours of Kathmandu, Nagarkot and Bhaktapur and arranged the most enjoyable flight to Bhutan. we had very nice time in Bhutan tour. It is very different world and once need to be there and its really great country.

I got a recommendation from my boss, who did ABC trek with Outfitter Nepal in 2012 and we did Bhutan tour with Outfitter Nepal, Our tour was both cultural exploring and trekking oriented.

Nepal and Bhutan Tour

Thank you for your the fantastic holiday you organised for my wife and me last October. Every time I contacted you with any changes in my itinerary you replied straight away and were very efficient.

All aspects of our trip was extremely well organised and the guides and drivers were very helpful and great company. The hotels were extremely comfortable and in very convenient positions. All the excursions were well planned and the guides and drivers always arrived punctually at the appointed time.

Nepal and Bhutan had been on our bucket list for some time and, as we were both in our 80's ,we wondered if the holiday might be too strenuous for us However the guides in both Nepal and Bhutan were so considerate and helpful by rearranging some of the visits which might have otherwise been too difficult due to all the rough climbing and many steps leading up to the temples and forts.

We shall remember with pleasure the time we spent in both wonderful countries and we shall also remember with affection the guides and drivers. We were sorry to leave at the end of the holiday and I would like to give a special "thank you" to Raj and Arjun. without whom our holiday would not have been so memorable.
